Extreme Adaptive Sports, MY RANT!
What is going on in this industry?
To the consumer:
If you use adaptive ski equipment you have a responsibility to ski in control and keep your equipment properly maintained. If you choose to take legal action against a manufacturer you are hurting the progress of the sport and the evolution of the equipment and ultimately your self. A monetary settlement cannot buy better equipment if there are no manufacturers left to make the equipment. We lost a great product, the Grove Innovations mono-ski. All of us consumers of adaptive ski equipment now have one less choice. In such a small market one is too many.
Please act in wisdom and not greed.

To the manufacturers:
I myself, and the adaptive ski community, thank YOU for your efforts and skills to bring us a variety of skiing products. My question is this: Why do you do it? Is it to advance the sport and to help US (the disabled) ski better, and to break the limitation barrier by making new and innovative products. Or is it to make a lot of money? If it is to make a lot money,or to dominate, you are in the wrong industry. Manufacturers taking legal issue with other manufacturers only hurts US, the consumer. WE want a choice in product and not a monopoly. Time and money spent on legal issues will only hurt the evolution of the product. It prevents US, the consumer from getting the product WE want. Imagine how boring the world would be if there were only three or four cars for YOU to choose from. Work together like in the good old days and try to build the industry for US.

Please act in wisdom and not greed.

Thanks for taking the time to hear my Rant.
