Hi Gang,

It’s been a while and a lot has happened. Lets see. My last post was in Nov. And now it is March. Nov brought me into the Holidays my first in over 20 years as a divorced single man. It was sad for me and hard. Sorry gang this is just me venting a bit.. Venting I find is good for the soul and because I where my heart on my sleeve you get to read it. Well going into the Holidays finances were tight but the Lord Had mercy on my and I did get that well needed raise at work and major plus. We hired a new employee that took a load of pressure off me and that was a major plus. It is True God will not let us have more then we can handle but he does let us come close to stretch us a bit. I have two teen daughters and another right on their heels. Life is fun and a challenge. I often reflect on how I was as a teen. I am glad I have daughters.

Over the thanks giving weekend I took a bad fall at Hunter and nearly had another SCI. I hyper extended my back over my bucked in a high side tumble. I was off snow for the month of Dec. Couple that with the Holidays and it was a downer for me. But at out low points if we look up God will give us grace and help. This new employee was helping me see more potential with sitski.com. As the new year started I was excited. Feeling a little better I skied with me girls in the first weekend and then off to Steamboat springs for my first trip out west. A very awesome trip with my buddy Tim, and new friends Vic and Allen. Then meeting a lot of new friends and some of you I have dealt with over the years. The steamboat all mountain camp is a great time and a great mountain. Thanks Craig and Joel, and those supporting you. And a big thanks to Dave my Helper/ mountain guide. Good times! No less then a week after I returned I had to put my cat Angel down. She was 19 and a really good little pet. This hit me harder then I thought it would. I miss my little Bee Boo. Not so good times.

The trip out west turned out to be a good therapy for me and I was feeling great skiing. Back to work at Hunter and moving right along. I say all this to thank God for blessing me with Joy and hope through it all. Never give up, Trust the greater one, and know true peace.

I am working on the new face of sitski.com and getting caught up on the inventory of skis I have that are up for grabs for you guys and gals. The new site with be very interactive with blog and more. You should see the in the off season. But for now there are some new links to some great products, please use the link provided throughout this site that will be a big help to me. I have some skis ... with and without bindings. Some twin tips Volkl and Salomon and some fat powder Head monster skis. If you need any skis shoot me an email. Again to those of you who send me mail, thank you for the encouraging emails.
Doing well and loving life!

Hello Friends and fans.
Welcome to 2008-2009 ski season.
All is well here on the east cost. I am settled into the new single life and adjusting or should I say “adapting” (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) well… I will not be teaching at Windham this season. I will be working at Hunter. Come on by and lets make some turns together.

It has been a long time coming but I have booked a trip out west. I will be attending the 4th Annual Steamboat All Mountain Camp. January 12-15, 2009 presented by Adaptive Adventures. I hope to see some of you out there.

If I missed something or did not reply to an email please resend it.

Open your ski bag, air it out! Check your equipment! Tune your skis! It’s TIME TO ROCK!

Hello Friends and fans of SITSKI.COM. Yes I am still here and things are going well. I have been growing in my domestic capacity, cooking, cleaning and taking care of three daughters as a single dad. I like it. I like the challenge, and love the rewards. My divorce was final in March of 08. The following months were packed with adjustments in the home and with work. But it all worked out. I kept my house, the ex moved out. For the first time in years my house is a home. And I like coming home now. I made some changes so I can reach everything and I love it. I still have my shop and will be getting back to the sitski services I started so many years ago. Thank you, to all of you who sent me mail and checked in on me. The letters came at the perfect time, usually when I was feeling alone. I will do my best to gat back to posting a log and keeping you up on the equipment that comes my way. Thats it for now. Thanks again.. your friend Tom
